Did you actually do a boost leak test or a visual inspection?

Are you still on your stock turbo setup?

The same thing happen to me a while back. Last weekend i got bored and swapped my setup out with the fp wr and found that the O2/Hotside gasket had a crack in it and was like warped. ANd with that it seemed like i had no exhaust leak. Also where the flappers touch the hotside opening, there on the lip they were deformed in a way. It looked as if they were not getting a proper seal. Kinda hard to explain, i'll try to get a picture up.

I did a visual inspection. Dont you just take some soapy water and put it on all the silicone couplers and see if it bubbles?

Yep I'm still on the stock turbo but I changed out the O2 housing last summer. I'm guessing you just pulled the O2 housing off and thats when you found the cracked gasket?

soapy H2O is good but you have to pressurize the system first search for boost test. What BOV are you using?

I've got a HKS SSQ and its right now set up has VTA. I plan I getting a Tial Alpha Q BOV next month and set it up to recirculate. also I was looking at my exhaust manifold where it bolts to the turbo and it looks like the gasket might be cracked there. I'm going to get another gasket next week and see if that fixes it.

Yeah I need to do one...although I think it might be an exhaust leak cause I'm not building full boost. Meaning the turbo isnt getting enough exhaust gases to spool all the way.

I have the same problem My fp green does not spool up. I did boost leak test. It showed nothing wrong. So it turned to be exhaust leak through wastegate valve flap. The waste gate was milled badly by previous owner and it burn through.

Awww that sucks dude! I think I might have found my leak tonight though. I was looking around my exhaust manifold were it bolts to the turbo and the gasket there looks like there is a hole in the side of it. So i'm going to try and get a new gasket next week when I get a chance and see if that fixes it.

Well I just changed both of my exhaust manifold gaskets today and now you cant hear an exhaust leak anymore. But its still only building 20psi, even though my boost controller is set to 26psi! You guys think I just might have a boost leak now? Also my BOV when ideling feels like there is air coming outta the valve. I was thinking that might have something to do with not making full boost.

Does it build 20 psi and hold there?

Have you tried disconnecting the hose going into the wastegate actuator nipple? If you still peak at 20 psi then you most likely have a wastegate issue.
