Can somebody explain how I am now getting a second gear grind after switching from a blox mount to powerflex inserts? It grinds at any rpm. The car doesn't get raced anymore and the tranny was fine prior to the switch.

 

Switched it back to the blox and now it grinds second. Only thing i know i did was put a jack stand on the tranny to keep it from coming down since I knew it moved a little. I didn't think that would affect anything. What did I do?
