I am curious has anyone installed the samco sport intake with the amsoil 4560 cone filter. I have the amsoil installed on the stock intake but its a little long making me bend the pipe upwards. Wondering if I could get the samco and trim it making it a little shorter making the amsoil filter fit better and a more straight intake.

 

I've got the SAMCO, and as is, it is a bit longish. Maybe the trimming is a good idea. Otherwise, I've been eyeing the Perrin silicone MAF hose and it looks like it might be shorter than the SAMCO piece.
