ACD problem

ACD problem

long story short, i took my car to a friend's mechanic and they changed my clutch but flushed out my ACD but didnt bleed and refill

now i got to take it to my mechanic and he has to bleed out the air and replace the fluid.

what kind of fluid should be used and how can i purchase it?? (how much oz)

thanks for the help, im lost!

You can bleed it. Crack the bleed screw open, turn the key on but dont start the car, push the gas pedal to the floor for a few seconds. You wil hear the acd cycle or whatever it does. Turn key off.... You may have to do it a few times. May even have to drive the car and then bleed again. ( make sure you close the bleed screw :-) ..)

I believe it take atf. Like merc 4 maybe. I forget.

its ATF or automatic transmission fluid, but you need the MUTT Scan tool to pump that system your mechanic should have had the tool before he did the job or avoided breaking the system open (how i did it), i believe only mitsu has the scan tool, i have herd of bleeding it by cycling it but it isnt fool proof

cycle it like that other person said all you need is the atf fluid into the reservoir by the battery
