long story short, i took my car to a friend's mechanic and they changed my clutch but flushed out my ACD but didnt bleed and refill

now i got to take it to my mechanic and he has to bleed out the air and replace the fluid.

what kind of fluid should be used and how can i purchase it?? (how much oz)

any ATF aka automatic tranmission fluid would do the job.
