i decided to port and polish my ex mani. i did a really nice professional
job porting and polishing the intake side.
now in theory on the outlet side if i port it, it will allow more air
volume to flow, but with less pressure.
if i dont port it, then i will have more pressure to the hotside
of the turbo which will spool it faster.
does anyone know the correct procedure on the outlet
side of the mani?

Nothing really to say on the procedure.
Gasket match the openings so you don't have a restriction.
Next blend any corners to smoothness best as you can to reduce pressure energy loss.
