forge wga adjustment

i am installing a forge wga on my ix, it is the one with the red spring. i need to know how to adjust it so it is on the lowest setting-19psi. i dont know if i thread the turnbuckle all the way or what? thanks for the help.

If you thread the rod so its as short as it can be, then you'll get more boost.... If you make it so the rod is longer, it will make less boost.
