Which cams..HKS 280's, Comp 280's, or FP 4R cams???

Which cams..HKS 280's, Comp 280's, or FP 4R cams???
I am in a grind of which cams to get and what are the difference between theses cams. i was wondering if anyone could help me out and tell me how much HP they gained with one of these sets of cams. I am not looking into upgrading the valve train so that is why Ive chosen these. Thanks in advance!
i was under the impression that with any 280 cam it is recomended that your upgrade the valvetrain anyway? this is great news if I am wrong. and +1 on the HKS cams I have been in a car before and after and the difference is awesome. idle sounds mean but isnt to crazy for the street. gl in w.e you decide to go with and let us know the results!

I know but they are a little out of my price range. Im trying to find some used cams... I was laid off in Dec. and really dont have much cash to play with, the reason i am getting cams is because im getting my timing belt service done and it will be cheaper to throw them in while they are doing that!

I would go with the FP FP4r's those are supposed to be better then HKS cams. I think the have a slightly more aggressive valve lift. But I would also suggest GSC S1's they have more aggressive valve lift like the Fp cams and you don't have to run the crazy duration. Remember duration is not the key to HP. Both are drop in cams so you should be happy with those. I'm currently running HKS 272's which are going to be swapped out for Kelford 272's in anticipation of my FP red turbo install. I think the GSC S1 would be the best choice for your needs. My buddy Petey Turbo runs them on his 05 and I know on race gas he made like 400whp. Now he is running e-85 and he is making about the same HP but 430 of tq. Can't go wrong with that.
My research into cams has also led me to the understanding that once you move up to a 272 or higher type cam then upgraded valvetrain (springs/retainers) becomes a must. It is physically possible to run 280's with stock valvetrain, but it is not in your best interest for longterm reliability and durability of your valvetrain/head. Don't forget a failure up there that drops a valve into a piston can cost you entire motor and turbo! 
It's defn smart to save up and do 272/280 with springs retainers, rather than risking a half assed shortcut that could bite you later!
