My friend and I installed the Walbro fuel pump, after we installed it and turn on the engine to test. Everything worked out fine, except the gas meter was at empty with the light on. Im looking thru the service manual it must be something with the level sensor in on the side of the fuel pump housing.

I checked it, and it looks ok, nothing bend or lose. But there is a side scale, and a brush/needle. It isn't making contact to those level markings. I assume it could be that, but im not sure if it suppose to make contact (dont recall seeing it). Anyone have picture of that unit with the markings so I can compare? Right now its dark, so I cant check it again or test it out.

Any help with be great!

*Solved* Re-adjusted the sensor, and it works now.
