anyone running or know about tomei 260 (in 10.7 - ex 10.2) cams?

what sort of power are they good for on a forged 2.0?

.....heard they have a good midrange punch?

I have tuned one set on a IX. I believe they were very similar to the GSC S1 for overall powerband though they have less advertised duration. I will look and see if I have the dyno sheet, I know I have the logs.

 

^ that would be great. I have a IX Tomei Poncam(260) sitting for 5 months, thinking that it would be insufficient because of such low duration.

 

I have them on my PPIHC car, but we changed so much that its hard to know exactly what role the cams played. Dyno sheets can be found on the following thread:

The car makes ~540 ft/lbs between 4000-4500 rpm, but the turbo was designed for cars running 34mm intake restrictors (rally) so the turbo runs out of steam as the revs climb.
