I read through everything and was wondering what kit I was looking at judging by the manifold. Two huge thumbs up for such an outstanding job. I'm venturing to guess that you and your crew do your own work regardless of what it is.

Its a standard 35r like what AMS used to use in all of their kits. It would have bolted onto my old manifold but I sold the entire setup to a friend and had a new manifold made by Fathouse.

No coating just the heat. I cleaned this thing very well before the car was ever started.
