Looks like the ams piece, it even comes from west chicago too. hmmm

 

Well since its sold by AMS PERFORMANCE (which has a logo on the sellers ebay page that is a dead give away) and the sellers name is "amstuned" located in chicago, there have been plenty of reviews.

A: The ends tanks are AMS and the intercooler was welded there but im not sure who's core it is.
