help!!!

ok, it all started with changing the clutch on my evo 8. it was down for about a week. everything was put back to how it was. i was running 22psi on a greddy type S (EBC) now after putting back everything back together it doesn't want to go above 17psi. the setting on the type s were the same. so i came to the conclusion that maybe the solenoide went bad. so i change back to a MBC i previously had on set at 20psi and again it would not go above 17psi. i have stock evo 8 turbo w/10.5 end. i'll appreciate any help i can get. thanks
