help with excessive coolant usage

Well my car goes through alot of coolant usage. I have filled the radiator and reservoir to the right levels about 2 weeks ago. Now my reservoir is very low. My temp gauge shows normal levels. I can spot no leaks. I did have a few times where it smelt like burning coolant. I have a kyoto radiator. My question is this normal for me to continuously fill my reservoir all the time. I had not have to down this until recently. I have a Evo IX with 36k.

did you burp the radiator? As the thermastat opens and closes your coolant level will vary. If you just swapped radiators its possible you just haven't properly filled it/burped it.
