The car would feel like absolute crap at 28psi, WOT and 22 AFR.

When my personal Evo had the fuel filter clog and shot to 15 AFR at WOT it fell over on itself pretty hard.

How old is the 02 sensor?

Done a calibration lately?

What do your IDC's say when it 'leans' out like that?

What is your MAF hz there?

Is that 350% your 2byte load?

The O2 is the original that came with the LM-1. It has not been calibrated recently. It seems to work perfectly though in all other situations. My first thought was "this is a wideband anomaly". But the data it provide seems correct. Why would it have a problem at only WOT pulls. Not to mention the car does have a little mis-fire that was never there before.

I'll check IDC I haven't been logging that as it was nice and low - 60%

MAF Hz I'm not logging right now, but I should look at the honeycome....

Yes that's 2 byte load at 350%

Sorry for off-topic but what graphing packages are you guys using there? I'm new to stock ecu tuning and not totally impressed with EvoScan graphing features.

My sensor was reading just like yours. Half way through a pull the sensor would read full lean. It did not feel like I was lean though.

I replaced the sensor and the logs look perfect. I had a worn sensor cable where it had rubbed on the driveshaft. Lucky me, a tech had not worried about that loose cable.

So I've got the pumps wired now with their own respective lines. One pumps runs off the existing factory wires. The second pump is ran off a new set of 12 gauge wires coming directly from the battery, it's triggered from a relay that gets its signal from the first pump.

With both pumps running the car will not idle. I did the return fitting mod of drilling it out to 9/64". But for whatever reason it won't idle with both pumps. It runs great on a single pump. I'm using the factory rail and FPR...

Yes.

Problem was the wideband 02 sensor as others had hinted at. There was no real problem, but I tried to change a bunch of stuff and created problems.

After the dual pumps were wired with their own power supply the car made too much fuel pressure at idle - even with the drilled out return fitting. So I ordered an adjustable FPR and installed it. At the lowest setting the car did idle, but the fuel pressure was still high, so I ended up using a Hobbs switch and triggering the 2nd pump at 7 psi. So my final setup is very similar to what the Buschur stuff does. I have a light on my boost gauge that comes on when the 2nd pump triggers - so if it doesn't come on I know I have a problem.

Good to hear. The light on the boost guage is an excellent idea! What boost gauge is that, or did you make one?

It's low-tech. It's an LED taped to the side of my boost gauge. You can see it in action in this video. http://www.vimeo.com/5365021
