Car "shutters" during light throttle cruise
Boost leak test completed without issue. The surging is at 0 boost. I also discovered a new issue that may or may not be related. AC is not longer blowing cool air. Checked the pressure in the lines and it is high, above normal. This is according to a recharge kit that I bought thinking I needed to refresh the R134.
