Forge EVO15 Bov??

Ok I have the a FORGE BOV FMDVEVO15..(YES Recirculated)
Normal driving bov works perfect...
And I have the red spring installed and
at part throttle the bov will flutter very badly;; Like when I am speeding up
on the FWY,,,, Once I start to get into boost.....???
THANKS,,

Put the lighter spring in it. It will drive much better. Also will still hold the same amount of boost.
I logged boost with all three different springs and they held the same pressure, with much better drivability.

what gear are you in when your boosting on the highway? when i used to boost in 5th gear at low rpms it flutters. so whenever i have to pass someone i downshift to 4th and then boost away and then shift back to 5th.

boosting at low rpms puts a lot of strain on the engine.

I jsut talked to Forge because I got the ***** of my RS.
They are sending me a softer progressive spring to try out. They said if that doesnt fix it then they will gladly refund me. I am happy they offered that level of service. Not many do that anymore.

For reference they have had a handful of the Evo15's reported with this problem. I called my friend locally that has one too that I was gonna swap his in to see but he said his does this too

So Ill let yall know how my works with the smaller spring in it, but id try that if you already have other springs.
Also he said about taking the valve apart to make sure their is free movement of the valve. Maybe use a little grease on it.
