Forge External BOV

I installed the Forge External BOV and it works great. I am a little concerned about the fact that it is open, but I am sure it is fine. We used the yellow spring and it is great. The turbo spins up faster, and the shake that I experienced when I suddenly got off the gas under boost is gone.
I drove around and tried to get the car to stall. Even used the AC at max. The bogged a couple times, but nothing beyond it did with the stock BOV (AC was on). I had it in stop and go traffic, highway traffic, parking lots, nothing got the car to die.
I am curious what is causing the car to die with this valve.
It is actually is a lot better than my past Honda's, they would idle poorly.
Well, just thought I would give some feedback on it.

Also, the sound is soooo cool.

You got the Vent To Air version?? instead of the recirc??
Just wondering... i've been reading about aftermarket BOVs...
but the report/feedbacks have been inconclusive which is better...

I have the vent to atmosphere version. Got to try it out on the commute to work. It did fine. There was a couple of times where the engine stumbled, but that was at a 2800 rpm to neutral shift. There are times that I drive the car below 3000 rpm and it is between 2000 and 3000 shifting to neutral that the car is not happy. I can adjust my driving for that. The stumble that happened this morning, while not fun (car wanted to die), is still nothing different than my RSX in the same situation with the AC on. In my opinion, it still is a good part.
This afternoon I am going to get my car dynoed. Before I actually install performance parts I want a baseline.

Glad your still happy with the valve man. I think the occasional stuble can be cleared up with a little adjustment tot he air fuel setting.... So, It sounds like you can make it this afternoon then... I'll give you a ring after my interview.

Well Guys, after one week with the valve, the car has yet to stall. All I get is the bog here and there (rpms drop to 500) when I jump into neutral from 2K to 3k RPM, and I do not notice it unless I look at the tack.
Overall, I like it.
