need help with my tru-boost

Ok so I put a tru-boost in my car,03 VIII gsr. Only mods as of right now are catback exhaust, test pipe, and licp.
So once I slapped the truboost in, it read between 11 and 12 psi at full spool.
So I figured it was time to turn it up,and idk why but it just won't turn up at all, have adjusted the duty cycle anywhere from 15 all the way up to 50, and not sure if I should go any higher.
These are my settings right now: Uni- psi
Scb 11.0
Scr-.10
Sen-1
Ala-25.0
Spr 11.5
Ful- 32.0
A35
B50

I've checked the vac lines according to aem's site and the "do it yourself" here on evoM

You need to turn it on. It comes off out of the box, you're just running wga pressure.

So it is now on the A setting? Hold the left button 2 seconds then go to A, 2 more then B, 2 more then Off?

I would double check to make sure the solenoid is powered up. If its not getting power it wont open, if it doesnt open then nothing more than WG spring.

The gauge is supposed to give you an error code if there is an open in the solenoid circuit (not getting power). I'm not saying don't check it, cuz the solenoid could be faulty. I don't think it would be the first time a truboost solenoid was bad out of the box.

I thought the error message only applied to external sensors? Thought I read that somewhere.
And yeah I wish I bought it new but bought it off a fellow evoM member on here

so yeah found out that supposettly my evo IX mr metal bov is garbage. i took it to a shop and they said it was wide open once it hit 12 psi. and for some reason i've tried adjusting the duty cycle all the way up to 85% tonight and it won't go past 14.8 psi on the highway in 4th gear and at the track it would only go up to 14.3 psi.

anyone know why this could be, and also could my bov really be leaking? because it came with the car and if it really is leaking wtf the whole purpose was so it would hold 20+ psi

Do a boost leak check and you'll find out if/when it's leaking. Something may be installed wrong.

Well I took it to a shop, they did a leak down test and said my metal evo 9 bov is wide open once I hit 12 psi of boost. That's the only thing they found wrong
