what could it be?

hello
i changed from rec.bov to stock one,,and i dont know if its just a coinsidence, but from that time,i hear strange sound from the front while accelerating even slow,at extactly 2k rpm,to 2500,and than is everything just ok again.and when i accelerate hard and when i let off the throttle and i can hear it to while decelerating?
what coult it be please help me.could it be just a heat shield touching something while the car vibrates?
thanks

it was the front exhaust pipe, and the thermal plate was little bit loose..
