Two exhaust systems - which one to go with

Well it has been a while since I have my Evo and I was thinking to get couple of things. My first mod would be cat-back exhaust.

HKS carbon ti cat-back.
Cobb cat-back.

Which of these two would you pick and why? Thanks.

What are your goals or expectations? Why limit to only two? There are probably 100 different catbacks out there.

After some research I somehow find these two as the top choice for now as far as look and sound. I might consider other systems as well. I used to have Apexi N1 Ti on my S14 and loved it. I thought I try a different brand on Evo. My goal is to be around 300-350hp with bolt-ons.

I would not chose either, obviously I guess. We build the lightest exhaust available for the EVO's in stainless steel. Also the highest flowing. My street car ran a 9.0 at 159 with our 3" turboback and bullet muffler. The lastest project I am working on is as quiet as stock, uses our Magnaflow muffler option and SD muffler, the car on a red just made 501 whp/496 ft lbs today and as I said is quiet as stock at cruise but sounds great under boost. I'd reconsider your choices.

Do not get a HKS Carbon Ti, it will rub your driveshaft on a IX MR for sure. I agree with DB ^, those are poor choices.
