NEED HELP ASAP leaking ACD bleeder

my ACD bleeder screw is stripped, and i need to helicoil it. what size is the ACD bleeder screw? what size helicoil do i need?

Try someone who has shop-key or the service manual. Or try shep or tre trans shops.

got the info. kevinD came through again. for anyone who might have this problem in the future, the size of Helicoil you need to fix it is 10 x 1.0

helicoil fixed the thread but the acd fluid is now leaking from the new threads. now what?

Maybe some thread sealer around the helicoil upon insertion, then a tad on the bleeder???

we trying that now. we came up with a new solution they have something called a timesert. www.timesert.com which is like a whole new thread insert instead of a coil. hopefully this one will work

let me know how it works. i never did helicoil mine, i just plugged the hole in the bleeder screw with a plug from an old set of headphones, then JB welded over it to keep it from moving. it's been holding fine for over a year now, no issues, but I should do something more permanent lol
