I had an issue with an injen upper IC pipe poping off in the middle because I had it stretched to fit on an upgraded FMIC so the pipes didnt clamp together well. Hair spray got them to old up to 22PSI on my old 50trim setup and around 400WHP
ima try it now, and drive the car to see what happens

No your fine you just keep blowing off your pipe not a big deal it happens all the time......welcome to boost. The only downside to blowing off your IC pipes is your car will run extremely rich. But no worries your fine it happens to the best of us. Just get some T-bolt clamps from your local auto store and clamp that sucker down TIGHT.

do you have a boost gauge? I am wondering if your a overboosting. If not, then maybe the coupler is beat and needs to be replaced. Maybe the pressure it is undergoing when the turbo spools is too much and it pops the clamps off.

+1, possibly overboosting. Do you have a boost gauge? What's your MR gauge say?

If you act like a fool, people are going to treat you like one. How about some proper grammar and a little searching. But, woah woah woah, let's not bring logic into this.

Sorry, I had to laugh, this brightened my afternoon.

Don't worry, anyone thats had a turbocharged car for any length of time has been in your situation, it is freaky the first time it happens. Glad you got it sorted out.

People aren't laughing at you, they are laughing near you. A lot of people that didn't happen to read similar threads in the past had the same thing happen to them and it scared the **** out of them at the time too. You're fine, but it sucks when it happens.

I didn't know walmart sells t-bolts!

Take a picture of it with it popped off. That will help alot more than trying to describe it if you're not exactly sure what everything is. Is the tube beveled at where the coupler is going on? What clamps are you using? Is the coupler the correct size? How far is the coupler over the piping? etc.

P.S. Just say: " I have VOLKS " at the end of your question and everyone will worship you and will no longer criticize anything you say...that seems to be the case at least.
