I went into boost only 2 times, just going WOT in 1 gear only each time.

I took it easy because this is the first time I've driven a long distance and wanted to make sure I'd make it from one E85 station to the next!

It takes A LOT of self control to say the least; Especially with the recent new found power (switched over last month) of using E85!

its hard for me to stay outta boost cuz my right foot has some weird medical disorder that makes it heavy( its a medical thing with a fancy name and no medication haha jp) but yeah my gas mileage isnt that much worsebut e85 is 60 cents cheaper then 93 here so the lack in milae is made up by th powr and price of the e85!!!! i wont go back to 93 anymore

On a full tank I'll get around 180 miles before I need to fill

The closest one is 15 miles away from home.

Just an FYI... many of us live in the boonies, and the closest GAS STATION PERIOD is 15 miles away.. luckily driving to work daily I pass a couple.. I am contemplating the e85 change as well.

Every single Gas City has E85 in the chicago area. I can probably hit three of them in 15 minutes of driving. The closest one is like 3 minutes away.

I think some other stations may carry E85 as well. Are you sure the closest one to you is 15 miles away?

Usually around 16 mpg I drive her pretty hard though. Should be interesting to see how that goes in the winter, since my driving style will change significantly.

Edit: math sucks.

The best I can get is 22 mpg and the average when not driving nice all the time is 18-20. This is stock turbo. Im sure a little more could be observed with a bigger turbo and a more efficient fuel management system.
