My buddy who has full exhaust and greddy e-manage w/ e-01 and full ext/intake/nx Ntercooler runs 26 daily w/ no problems... but thats up in denver where the air is thin..

26 psi at 5000 ft? Does your friend plan on upgrading his turbo soon? The altitude can be deceiving since you can run a more aggressive tune, but the turbo will be spinning much, much faster at high altitude when compared to that 26 psi at sea level. I live a lot higher than Denver and wouldn't recommend going much more than 1-1.5 psi over stock an any turbo that you want to last.

Maybe I don't remember right.. but wasn't Claudius running a ridiculously high amount of boost on the stock turbo?

1.8 bars?

Claudius said 1.5 bars was safe to run stock turbo at..
