i wire tucked my fuel injector harness, now im short on the ignition clip to the passenger side coil pack.. . Thought i would clip back in my stock ignition would it hurt to extend that harness or is it to risky?

Yes you can extend it.

 

As long as you solder, heat shrink and use the same gauge wire it should be fine. Also, be sure the wire is able to take the heat!

This does beg the question, do you want to butcher your stock harness for this reason?
