Is the bov new or used? It could be bad.

Most bov's will flutter if they are bad or if the spring isn't adjusted right but you said you adjusted it from one extreme to the other and it still does it. Can you press in the valve with your fingers?

check to make sure the valve isn't stuck closed...also check your vacuum lines and make sure they are snug and not leaking

that is a major problem... vacuum leaks are no good.. if you are running the stock maf with this bov at VTA, that will also cause problems.. wait on the recirculation kit and fix the vacuum leaks via a boost leak test.. and then see if it still does it when you adjust the bov to a softer setting..

what will happen if i cant push the valve in with my fingers? does it mean its stuck or the spring is too tight?

ok so im taking it apart right now. diaphragm is ok. two springs. im gonna take the inner spring out(smaller of the two). and see how that works. changing vaccuum lines tomorow. gonna run it VTA for a lil see how that goes. still waiting on the recirc.

If you can push it in with your fingers that lets you know how stiff it is. You shouldn't be able to so your good.

Don't even mess with it till you get the recirc for it, you're just wasting your time. Put the stock one back on.
