oil light

my oil light keeps flickering on and off. My oil levels are perfect and my oil is very clean.

Anyone ever have this problem? Before it continues to be driven, I'd like to hear some opinions cause I'm not about to mess around with anything involving the oil.

thanks, jeff

Flickering at idle when the car is hot I assume? Legitimately flickering while driving = motor bye bye in a very short period of time. Tow it to a mechanic who can put an oil gauge on it and check whether it is within factory specs or not.

I had this problem, so did a bunch of other guys on here, its the oil pressure sensor, its really sensitive and does this from time to time. I usually run into this issue in the summer time when running the traditional 10W30 Mobile 1 Oil. Try throwing in some Eneos 5W40 oil. Also, make sure when u do an oil change, you top off the filter with oil, it takes an extra minute but is well worth it.
