The full blown housing is the Y or T, unlike the Bushur double pumper it doesnt actually have a Y or T fitting. Or am I mis-understanding what your suggesting?

The Full-blown setup has the "T" machined into the housing, it doesn't use fittings in the lines. So yes it is "T" shaped - but that isn't a problem. Here's a picture of the bottom of the Full-Blown.

I went through the same issue.

If you run both pumps off the factory harness the voltage drop is so large neither pump will run at the correct voltage - each pump will get low voltage. I did this as my first step, and the car didn't run well.

The second pump NEEDS a new set of wires, and should be run off a relay.

Did you get different pressure with your 2 pumps when you ran them individually? Also when we ran on the 30psi pump alone with the regulator it would not increase pressure past 30. When we ran the other pump alone we could get 40-80psi range with the regulator. We can certainly relay and wire it up, I"m thinking were eventually going to have to install a hobbs switch like you did to get it right anyhow.

Are you running an inline filter or just the socks?

It sounds like one of those pumps isn't working correctly, could it be related to the wiring, or maybe the pump is bad? Have you verified the voltage at the pumps. I would check to see what voltage the pumps are running at when you get your pressure readings. My first pump runs at about 9.5V at idle.

I didn't test the 2nd pump by itself, I'll try it when I get home and see.

I'm running the inline filter that came with the kit, and I've got a spare as well that I got from Summit. I had to bend the hardline on the car to get it to line up. Stock, the hardline down by the gas tank is pointed up. I twisted it until it was at about a 45 degree angle out. That helped it line up better and made the filter fit. I can try and get a picture of it.

pics of the inline filter added to the feed line before it goes to the rail and regulator.

yes the direction is right, says on the filter which is outlet.

checked voltage durring idle, each individually gets ~6.5v but not same fuel pressure's, when volts are checked durring tandem pump running off the oem plug it does drop each gets ~3.5v

anyways one pump isn't up to snuff on its own so pulling out to see which one, proboly the new one.

Started boost tuning yesterday. Here's the 93 octane results so far. Still needs some work. This is 25psi tapering to ~23psi @ 7500. Donald doesnt have a JDM map sensor but his 2byte load ranges from 281 to 255.

Ended up not using the hobbs switch at all. The second pump is setup with it's own power circuit. The FIC's are scaled at 1271cc. It should be noted that it's 104* F at the MAF (Were in deep south texas), so it should make considerably more when it cools off.

FP Red with Billet wheel, Full-Blown dual, Nisei front mount, LICP, GSC S1's, BR Intake, o2 housing, 3" exhaust, forge RS. TRE built 6-speed, Shep TC.

**** Update *****

Have another delay. I was pretty sure the car was down on power and probably had a boost leak or two so I did a test yesterday and found several leaks that were fixable and a pinched injector o-ring. Also, I had to modify the alt map switch harness (it was setup with a meth kit previously) before filling with E-85. I started the E-85 tuning and that is going very well. E-85 injector scaling of 860 was perfect and car runs great on the corn. New o-rings today and another boost leak test and then back to tuning. It's blazing hot down here right now so I'm thinking none of the results are going to look that impressive but it could suprise me.
