Help with diagnosing an engine sound..PLZ

I have a sound that only happens during a cold start-up. Once the engine is fully warmed up, the sound goes away completely.

To me it sounds like it's coming from the crank pulley area.
The sound kind of reminds me of the noise a washing machine makes while it's agitating.

I've been doing a search on "noises" and TSB's but I can't find any answers.
Any help would be appreciated

This is a 06 IX

Thanks

sounds like you have something rubbing. Some kind of shaft rub or something. You have something out of balance, or maybe a warped crank pully or something.
