Just wondering how much air should come out of a evo 8 valve cover mine feels like a lot but does not burn oil or anything I am going to do a compression test

A little more info would help out a bit more... Where is said air coming from? Are you talking from around the VC where it meets the head? I can't imaging you're getting air out through there or you'd have a terrible oil leak as well. Need more info.

 

Are you talking about from the PCV nipple on the valve cover? If so, not sure how much, but some.
