Normal Idle

OK I need some advice/pointers I did a search and could not find what I was looking for. I would like to know what a stock evo Idles at first,Then what is a normal range with Comp Cams. After my tune I am Idling at 980-1030+/-. I never had the car before the cams were installed so I can't answer my own question. What I saw 995 of the time was people talking about Adj Cam Gears with -1 etc etc... So any help would be greatly appreciated.

i think i used to idle at about 900-950 before cams. after cams go in, ur tuner usually will adjust the idle level to allow it to run a bit smoother, most often resulting in a slightly higher idle..varying according cam specs of course. your idle level sounds normal however

On my 03, I was idling at 800 rpm with my stock cams. With my HKS 264/272 cams, I am at a 1000 rpm idle.
