Intake question for those running a speed density/MAP/AEM EMS setup

What intake are you using?

I'm still on my AEM short ram intake and it just isn't sitting properly since it was never meant to be setup without a MAF really. It's rubbing against my UICP.

Just curious at what you guys ended up doing?

I am using the full 4" pipe from injen and I bought the largest k+n filter that I could fit between the pipe and the acd tank. Fitment is excellent and it is proven that a full 4" intake will let the turbo breathe better and give more power.

On big turbo setups like 35s etc. the gains are significant!

Me too we fab'd up a 4" pipe and stuck a k&n on there as well.

Can't remember the exact amount but we def gained at least 5-10whp switching from the smaller 3" piping i had before.

I'll probably end up buying the Dejon no maf intake pipe since it seems to be one of the few around

The Buschur one is this one?

And I'm assuming the picture is incorrect or you can just not install the MAF on it?

Nope the air filter is way too big to fit on the pipe you'd have to get a k&n filter to fit it.

For the price you may as well just look at the pipes made for it.
