Need some answers...

Just got my 03 Evo with 44,000 miles and im in the process of doing the fluid maintnance, and more. The car is on stock boost at 16psi, and the only thing done to it is a hks tbe, hks intake, 255 walbro. My next step is to get a BC and turn the boost to 20 psi, so my question is what is a safe boost without getting any knock? Is 20 psi safe on an untune car with these set ups? How much psi can the stock head gasket hold or the stock head studs? As for the tune what is the recommended and the cheapiest tune available? I come from DSM world where dsmlink is god and affordable. I have heard something about ecureflash, what is that and how can it be done?

I running around 22 to 23psi on my stock turbo. Everything is running well right now and it is my everyday driver. I wouldnt go any higher than 23psi.

ECUFlash is better than DSMLink and its FREE! Do you have any reputable dyno tuners locally? That would be my first recomendation, but if you don't, talk to Melon about a remote tune.
