Stroker build opinions please

OK so this build has been in the work for 3 years now. The car is a 2001 Eclipse. I currently run it in TT-E here in AZ. What I need is an engine that will produce aprox 220 whp on a very conservative tune.

So Ive got the 4G64 Block and a 4G63 head, now its time to choose the pistons and rods. Do I get a 4G63 crank or keep mine? Or for $600 I can buy a 4G63 short block, slap on my head and call it a day..... but for $600 I could have something so much more..... but then again I dont really need more. And I could just sell the 4G64 block and get some money back that way.....

I can also pick up a 4G63 block w/ a spun bearing for $300 slap my crank in it as well.... Need help please.

And for ****s and giggles heres a pic of the car

I know a lot of guys that would love to have a 2.4l bottom end I would stick with your 2.4l block and crank and simply get 4g63 rods (they are the same length as your 2.4l) and some 2.3l stroker pistons as that is what you will end up with.

By the way, I can definitely help you out sourcing those parts if need be
