I recently had the engine out of my Evo. Everything came back together fine, but at full throttle in 2nd gear, I hit a point where it feels like I hit a brick wall. I lose all power. After I 'recover', the car runs fine, unless I hit that full boost situation again.
Even if I hit the interstate at a good pace, I have no problems. Its only under heavy boost. I checked all connections and they seem fine. I am wondering if I have a small leak that doesn't show itself until boost peaks.
I don't claim to be any type of mechanic... I appreciate any help anyone can offer. I will also search for similar problems.
