Does any one know the length and thread specifications of the bolt used on the stock downpipe to hangers connection? (not the o2 housing flange)

Any bolt that fits Just go to the hardware store and find a nice SS one.

 

I know but I need to know the thread pattern size "thing".

 

get a thread pitch gauge or take one to a hardware store and match up the threads. you know its metric. i made a shiftknob and the pitch was 12 x 1.25 or something like that. of course the one your looking for is probably different. good luck.
