How restrictive is the stock cat?

I have a cat delete pipe but I have not installed it yet. I am just wondering what kind of performance increase I would see with the addition of this piece. I already have a DP and Cat Back installed. In order for me to install the delete pipe I would have to buy some sort of O2 sensor fake out and if the gain is not going to be noticeable I will not install the cat delete.
