What happened?

So I was getting Evo III tuned Friday night at around 20-22 PSI on the stock 16G with an e-manage ultimate.

Everything was going fine until the last pull, I noticed it felt different to me, and I looked at the speedometer and saw the temp slightly above normal so I backed up then the car shut out.

I tried starting it back but all that came out was smoke from the exhaust, the temperature was still rising a bit, after awhile it started back but now it was missing.

Got back to the garage trying to figure out why it was missing, didn't seem like anything electrical so did a compression test and Cylinders number 1 3 4 read 190 and number 2 read 80.

What happened from everyone's experience? What do I have to go broke to buy now?

BTW: I had in Wiseco 85mm pistons, for about 2 years. (And they have been taking some abuse also.) I was also on 93 pump gas.

what color was the smoke? with the loss of compression and the rising temps i would suspect a blown head gasket. check the block and oil for signs of coolant.

It was night, I couldn't really get to see good because we were on the road and traffic was coming, I think it was whitish though.

The spark plugs don't look wet with coolant. I'll pull the head maybe this weekend to see what happened..
