My oil was at the last notch on the oil dip stick. It was around maby 1 quart low would that hurt anything? I was flying up a hill and now my idle seems a little different but maby just because its hot out. I'm just a little paranoid after spending a ton of $$$ on the new motor . I heard to many horror stories of spun rod bearings lol.

 

How long did you wait to check your oil and is your car on level ground?

 

When picked my car up it had oil at the last notch on the dip stick. I didn't know what oil they used so i didn't want to mix different oils. But i put in a quart or mobil1 10w-30. and now its where it should be at the top notch.

 

U have STOCK engine ???
