engine mounts

on a 2003 evo 5 speed, how much whp can the stock engine mounts hold up to?

horsepower doesn't have an effect on mounts. torque would :-P just get some powerflex mounts when yours blow or if you ever have the motor out.

From: somewhere testing various tires, brakes, and suspensions.

Not about hp.

Many get the lower engine mount in poly. I have it also. Cleans up the front/rear sway of the motor between shifts and its an easy one to do.

Yup. I have the Blox front mount and its been one of my best benefit per dollar mods. Its a very easy mount to replace too, with the stock undertray already removed it took me 8 minutes to remove the stock front mount and install the Blox.

get mounts with bushings already installed. Unless you have a press, it will be very hard to take it out with out 1. Took me 2 days with basic tools to take out 2 side mounts.
