what is this grommet, follow the link to part 5 and its the rubber grommet with a white marking on it in picture 2 and 3 next to the shift linkage. i need to order this part because mine has fallen off somehow and i need to know what to ask for when ordering. thanks for any help i get in advance.

That's a breather, I lost mine when a "very well known local shop" did my clutch.
