What is going on with my oil return line

First it started leaking out of nowhere so I had to take it off. I replaced it with my old oil line from my evo 8 turbo and now it does not even line up close. Everything else is lined up exactly correct but for some reason this line is way off. Ive never had trouble with this line before so Im not sure exactly whats going on. Anyone have any ideas what I should do.

Take the turbo off, bolt the return to the turbo, then bolt it to the pan, then tighten it back up to the exhaust manifold.

I had done that already. The problem was the old oil line off my turbo was bent wrong and thats why it wouldnt line up correctly.

I put on my other oil line and checked it for leaks and it didnt really line up exactly where i wanted it but with some struggle and a little bit of creativity I was able to get it bolted up. Thanks for the response tho

Are you using a gasket? Also make sure there is no old residue from the old gasket on there....

My guess is gasket too. Make sure you always use a fresh gasket every time.
