Flywheel Clatter?

ok so i have heard this clattering noise ever since i got my evo and have asked a couple people about it. everyone has told me it isnt really anything to worry about its just a little flywheel clatter.

however i think it may be getting worse just asking everyone out here if this is normal,

basically when the clutch pedal is depressed a clattering/knocking sound comes from under the car, mostly under the drivers side front wheel well. when the clutch pedal is compressed it completely goes away.

Its not crazy loud but just is something an owner of an evo would notice and have concern for lol. just making sure i don't have to worry about it, or if it is a big deal what i should do.

also car has aftermarket cams and full 3" exhaust so idle's rougher than stock. that may have a lot to do with it

thanks all!

Do you have a QuarterMaster Twin? Mine is LOUD. You get used to it after awhile. Having a pit bull between your motor and trans biting your flywheel is nice, but it has side effects.
