Swapping out Clutch , question w/ after TOB removal

So I'm upgrading my clutch disc (from fx200 to fx300) and I have a question about after removing the throw out bearing. The wedge collar section doesn't spring back or decompress on one side, you have to pull it back out but then it gets stuck again. The ring on the back looks fine...

Is this normal or can it adjusted/or where can I buy these pieces?

Thanks!

I would not re-install that pressure plate! I would buy a new one with a new clip. It will release while you are driving and you will have no clutch.

Thank You! Will do. I figured it would suck to put everything back together and find something like that out.
