Twin HD max power?

I have a Exedy Twin HD that needs to be rebuilt but I dont know if I should go twin again or just upgrade to the triple. My setup will consist of a ETS 6262 at a conservitive tune/low boost till I get my motor built. I know the twin will hold the power for now but once the motor's built im planning on maxing the turbo out (40psi/e85 etc). My question is will the twin be able to hold the power or should I just upgrade to the triple now? I know exedy rates their clutches and I seen the rumbers but are those numbers wheel torque or just flywheel torque..

Those are to the wheels.. and what AMS rates them at, which is what I would trust.. If you plan on running 40psi and e85.. there is no doubt you are going to want to do the triple.. Or it might just be easier and cheaper to just buy a new Spec, QM, or something similar that is already push converted so you won't have to worry about the clip popping off the pull style stock tob.. Good luck with whatever you choose to do!

Triple is better and still cheaper than buying a complete new clutch assembly. Its what I have done and do not regret it one bit.

Triple Plate would be the path to go down if you plan on boosting it that much. The twin will not be capable of it...
