Weird sound when at higher RPM.

I have recently noticed my car making some whirling/rattling/vibration like sound when downshifting. It only occurs when I down shift to a lower gear with 0% throttle. Once I get on the throttle a little, the sound goes away. Also, the sound is usually there at 3.5k+ RPM but goes away once it goes below it. It also makes the sound when I'm trying to reverse but if I'm just upshifting regularly, it doesn't make any sound. I have the timing belt done and the only mods on this car are intake, turboback, and act HD clutch. Any suggestions on what it may be? I'm starting to think it may be the clutch that was installed by a local evo shop.

Yeah, I rev match all the time. I took it to road race and they said it was my throw out bearing.
