Nice work By driven Innovation & Gadiel.. I beleive this once again proves there is NO WAY the magnus manifold could be seeing better low end than a ported stocker.. Tom himself will tell you the low end on a ported stock cannot be matched with his yet it matches side by side with the Magnus...

We have been running the Driven manifold on our 8.75et Evo without any issues.. A great product at a great price.. Nice work again guys!!!

Well of course a cast manifold definitely has lesser chances of failure as a 1 piece unit.. However we have yet to see the new manifold design Driven unit fail at any point.. The manifold has been thru many revisions to fix any reliability issues.. we have tested it at 921whp and 45psi..

These results are very odd considering the English Racing crew said they found no low end losses with the Magnus. I guess their test was flawed?

I dont know anything about lucas's testing so i cant comment.. But dont you think its hard to beleive any large Plenum, short runner manifold is going to give better low end than a stock ported??? Again i am no engineer but with common sense id like to think there is no MAGIC manifold with huge plenum and short runners that will go against logical thinking.. I am no engineer but i research a lot..

No not really.. I actually have sold quite a few magnus.. However i just never beleived that it made better low end than a stock ported.. So i always sold my customers Stock ported for 1 application and the magnus based on another.. Is there anything else youd like to know?? I actually asked magnus for anb 8 injector version but it wasnt available.. So i contacted driven and thats what we run now.. I guess its working.. 8.75 @ 166 traps.. ..

Honestly Mike I completely agree with you on this one. There is no way that a Large Plenum/Short Runner manifold will out peform the ported stocker on the low end. It's like saying you have a Big turbo that spools just like stock. There's a give and take effect for everything. I only thought it was funny because his post sounded like mine the other day. Ok no more B.S............back on topic.

By the way, I think a lot of people are overlooking the fact that these plenums aren't the ideal intake mani for every setup. Will you see gains? Sure, but at what cost? I personally think any stock frame turbo should stick with a ported stocker and leave these big cast plenums for the big boys.
