Hey all,

Mods, current power level in sig. I want to get some more power out of this setup, while keeping the fundamentals (E85, FP red, stock 2.0/block) the same.

what next? intake manifold replacement? Throttle body? change to a different set of cams (original old school GSC cams) perhaps?

let me know your suggestions, want to do whatver before the next retune 2 perhaps hit 500awhp.

 

I would suggest a 65mm TB and a ported intake mani, MAP seems to make a couple nice versions.

You could always try other cams too. GSC S2's (don't know if thats the same as you have, or yours are the older version), or a set of Kelfords.

 

Yes, intake mani + race head would be my suggestions --- you've got a good setup already!

 

Kelford 272 cams Or GSC S2 if you wanna be brand-loyal, they are decent. Do valvesprings too.

 

ok so cams. TB and perhaps ported intake mani. kelford 272 are more aggressive than the old GSC 272s?

 

+1 on more aggressive cams (newer ones) and ported intake mani. My tuner has seen as much as 30 - 40 whp off of a Magnus cast intake on a setup similar to yours.
