engine problems

hey my 03 is having some issues...my engine light comes on from time to time...ive tried replacing the o2 but after a while it just comes back on. and just if it helps my a/f meter bounces around like a 5 year old on a sugar rush....whats the deal?

also i have the arc intake box..dont ask it came with the car...and i keep sucking in moisture. any time you drive it in the rain it starts sputtering and sometimes stalls out and is a ***** to start....whats an easy fix to this. im open for all suggestions...

No way to tell unless you pull the code. Autozone will pull it for free.

do you have a wideband o2? that's important as well in relation to your afr bouncing around a lot

Get on ebay and spend $50 bucks to get an obdii scanner. I can't imagine why so many people drive around with their cars running like crap with their check engine light on and just post up here asking why it's running so bad. If your check engine light is on AND your car is running like crap, stop driving it until you pull the code! I'll help you out -

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/OBD-I...motiveQ5fTools - $35.98 and no trips to AutoZone. There are hundreds of check engine codes that can cause the light to go on. The ones that make your car run bad are the ones you need to worry about.
